A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

My name is Diana Mukasa, and I am an integrative counsellor dedicated to supporting clients across the lifespan, from childhood through to adulthood. My approach combines various therapeutic techniques to tailor the counselling experience to each individual's unique needs, fostering growth, healing, and resilience.

With extensive experience in managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and everyday challenges, I strive to create a safe and empathetic environment where clients feel heard and understood. I believe in the importance of a holistic approach to mental health, addressing not just the symptoms but also the underlying causes to promote long-term well-being.

 

As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic approaches, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness practices. This flexibility allows me to adapt my methods to best support each client's personal journey and goals.
